FAQ

Can several SKUs be submitted in one inquiry?

Yes. This is the standard working format. It is most convenient to send a list of models, part numbers, and quantities in one inquiry first, then clarify critical items, equivalents, and the batch format.

Do you check compatibility between items?

Yes. If an inquiry contains related items, such as controllers, motors, RTK modules, sensors, computing modules, or power components, compatibility and applicability can be reviewed separately before payment.

Can I request an equivalent or substitute?

Yes. If the original model is unavailable, the timing does not work, or a budget alternative is needed, compatible substitutes can be proposed and agreed separately before the inquiry is confirmed.

Does the site only work with UAV products?

No. The catalog begins with electronic components and specialist UAV modules, but the inquiry format also fits other technical products when they can be identified clearly by model, SKU, and batch composition.

How is MOQ confirmed?

MOQ depends on the specific item, brand, batch, and current supply channel. For B2B inquiries, the minimum batch is confirmed for each SKU separately before payment.

What information is best for the first inquiry?

Provide the SKU or model, quantity, receiving city, whether equivalents are acceptable, which items are time-critical, and whether the entire batch needs one supply timeline.

What does supply timing depend on?

Timing depends on availability, batch volume, the need for substitutions, consolidation format, and the receiving region. If some items can be dispatched separately, state this in advance.

When is an inquiry considered confirmed?

An inquiry enters processing after the batch composition, MOQ, acceptable substitutes, and indicative timing are confirmed and the payment has been reviewed manually.
