A confirmed inquiry is paid in USDT (TRC20) after the item composition, quantity, total amount, and dispatch terms have been checked.

How payment works
- After an inquiry is submitted, the SKU list, quantity, acceptable substitutes, batch status, and total amount are confirmed.
- USDT payment details on the TRC20 network are sent only for a confirmed inquiry.
- After a transfer, upload payment confirmation and, where possible, provide the transaction hash.
- The inquiry enters processing after the receipt of funds is reviewed manually.
What to check before transferring
- The transfer network must be TRC20.
- The amount and currency must match the confirmed inquiry.
- Partial payments, split transfers, or payment on another network require separate agreement.
- If the batch composition changes, obtain updated confirmation before making a payment.
